Hi,

I am new to Maya.
I am trying to make this animation that painteffect glass and flower spring
in a poly made vase. Will it be possible to make the vase as rigid body?
Because the painteffect glass and flower keeps sticking out from where they are not supposed to be. Do I need to make the painteffect and the vase collide to each other? But I do not know how. Is it possible?
Please somebody help me on this.
Thank you for your time reading this.

hi,

you should model two vases, one for rendering and one a little bit smaller that stands for the collision etc. In "Render Stats" you have to disable rendering to not show this second case.

Is that´s what you trying to achieve ?
