Applying a Bump map to a Car Paint Shader

So this mental ray shader has no input for a Bump Map. Is there a procedure to skirt around this technicality and maybe build it using other components with the mi_car_paint_phen as the color?

What should I use to assign it to its polygonal counterpart?

So where can I find this bump_combiner node? It's not a material in '09, is there a download or plugin to have this available or are there any other shortcuts to do the same thing this node is doing?

Hello. My name is Rod. I am looking for someone who wants to create the animation of a feature film I did. It's a thrillers I shot in a green screen studio. I did it by myself. With no money and the help of wonderful new actors. I had no crew at all, it was only me. So I am looking for an artist who understand this and can make it for the credits and the copy. Sorry. I know how valuable is your work but I am also trying to make it, so I've been working for free for too long to reach my goals. I am located in Los Angeles, Ca. You can contact me for more info at nmpstudio23@yahoo.com Thank you so much.
